This past week, I was asked quite a few times about my specific workout routine and diet plan. Instead of replying to each person individually, I decided it would be much more productive to write a full length post detailing the plan I’m currently following.

I strongly emphasize the word “currently” because I’m always changing what I do. For the next few months I’m trying to pack on as much solid muscle as I can. As you’ll see below, my diet and lifting routine reflect that. When I’m going through a slimming phase, everything I do is different.

If you like something you see below and you think it can help you achieve your fitness goals, then I definitely want you to use it. However, we all have different goals, and are different ages and genders, so copying me exactly will most likely not provide you with the results you want.

contrast shower

Reading Time: 3-5 minutes (I decided to change things up and just put up a really short post today, enjoy. :-) )

Today I want to talk about an issue that has bothered me for years – women’s fitness programs. There has been a major disconnect between normal, everyday women and the “fitness industry experts”. In recent years many females have trained hard to look sexy, lean, and feminine, yet they end up bulky and way too muscular. It is about time someone addresses all of the lies and misconceptions.
